Returns Policy

Our goal is to always ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you aren’t completely satisfied please let us know, so we can make it right. All products are examined thoroughly before shipping to ensure they are in good condition. However, if there is a defect, or issue with your order, we will issue a replacement product with proof of defect sent within (7) days of shipment. Email info@cashellecouture.com with any issues, a photo or video of the defect and proof of purchase. Cashelle Couture does not issue refunds, only replacement orders or in-store credits to be used for future purchases. If you wish to exchange an item, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and at the purchaser’s expense for shipping. Cashelle Couture reserves the right to deny any replacement or in-store credit claims. If and only when Cashelle is responsible for any errors not fulfilled as per the order invoice, will we be responsible for replacement shipping costs. Otherwise, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping, and replacements will only be sent once the items have been received back in our studio. Products that have been opened, or have visible signs of usage may not be eligible for a replacement or in-store credit.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed Monday-Friday, within 2 business days, excluding Canadian holidays. Online orders are not processed on Saturday’s or Sundays, in studio pick up is available by appointment only. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate name and shipping information. Cashelle Couture will not be held responsible for shipments sent to the wrong addressed based on the purchaser’s error. Cashelle Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products. Once the products have been shipped from our studio, we are no longer responsible for them. Please inquire with Canada Post for lost or stolen shipments directly.

 

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order after placing it; however, once an order has been packed, a 15% restocking fee applies. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Out of Stock Inventory

If an order is placed and after payment the item is found to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately and either refund the amount of the missing item, or ship your order as complete, and ship the remaining item when it is re-stocked. Out of Stock refunds take anywhere from 2-7 business days to process.
